Estoppel Certificate Delinquency

Estoppel Certificates for delinquent account will be provided to the collection company for a payoff upon receipt and returned to the closing company.

Purchases made via this website are non-refundable. If you prefer to pay the fees at closing, email your request directly to AMSvcs2020@gmail.com. If a closing should fall thorugh, the payment for this estoppel will be applied to a future estoppel for the same property only.
